Open-Xchange modules

OX App Suite modules beyond core mail, calendar, contacts and tasks, several of which are licensed and priced separately.

OX Drive implementation

Adding OX Drive file storage and sync to App Suite: storage backend choices, sharing and the sync clients, and whether it replaces or sits beside a separate file platform such as Nextcloud.

OX Documents implementation

Deploying OX Documents text, spreadsheet and presentation editors with the document converter and spellcheck services, and the license terms for the module.

OX Guard email and file encryption

Rolling out OX Guard PGP-based encryption for mail and Drive files: key handling, user experience for external recipients and enabling Guard for documents.

OX App Suite Exchange ActiveSync connector

Syncing mail, calendars and contacts to phones with the Connector for Business Mobility over Exchange ActiveSync, and how it compares to IMAP, CalDAV and CardDAV clients.
